Easy to use and versatile for a therapist on the go

I rent a room in a salon and I process all my transaction through booker. Its simple user friendly and send you your tax info at the end of the year if you sign up with there sister companies for merchant services booker its self is super helpful in a since if I run into a problem you call the 800 number and someone there to help!

I have been using booker, previously "spa booker" for over 6 yrs at my spa . This app is amazing ! Its so very easy to schedule , check and look up appointments that have been already scheduled right from your phone . I highly suggest owners of spas and Salons download this !!!

Booker is constantly crashing or unable to open. If you enjoy staring at a blue line spinning while you are trying to conduct actual business, this is the app for you!

Ive had booker for about 3 years now and for the most part really enjoy it. Its user friendly and has pretty much everything you need. However, in last few months there have been several weeks where I cant even get into the system to see if I have appointments or even schedule appointments. Very frustrating and hoping all the kinks are fixed soon so I dont have to switch to a new system.

Please add notifications!! It would be great if I didnt have to keep checking and refreshing the app/calendar to see if I have a new appointment scheduled. Also, needs to be able to interface with my calendar. But at very least PUSH NOTIFICATIONS!

I really like using booker in general. It is a versatile system and I am able to trust it to keep track of all my clients, appointments, memberships, products, etc. The app makes it very simple to schedule clients anywhere I am and I can make a quick note from a session, plus I can use it to charge my clients as well!

So convenient!!! Nothing better than having your schedule at your fingertips! Very easy to use its the best!

I love this app when I am out and about and a patient wants to book something with me on the spot!

Love this app! The only reason I give four stars is because sometimes I would like to be able to review reports on my phone. Other than that its wonderful. User friendly and neatly organized.

This has been a great tool for running my small business. I utilize it for multiple employees at multiple locations and everything has worked well.

I really dislike this app and I have no choice but to use it because of work and pray each time I log in that the app will load properly. The latest version will not let me to log in. The last version was working just fine allowing me to stay logged in instead of having to type password each time I view my apts on my phone... I should have stuck with my gut instinct and not update. Come on guys... Dont you test out your updates before pushing it onto the public??!!!

Ive used this app for as long as its been available and couldnt run my business without it. Its convenient, especially when Im away from my studio and clients contact me for new appointments. This app helps me schedule right away or reschedule and take care of my clients without delay. It makes me look good! Ive never had a problem with the app and I highly recommend it!

Ive worked with 3 different booking systems and booker is definitely the worst one! Its so complicated in ways it shouldnt be. And they are constantly having "updates" or "fixes" that cause Booker to be extremely slow or not working at all. Booker in my opinion is not reliable especially for a business. I recommended STX which is my favorite or millennium

Yesterday I updated the app and all my future appointment times were all wrong. Whats happening?

I have loved the ease with which Ive been booking from my phone and now it is no longer working. What gives?

App keeps crashing! I keep downloading and the same thing keeps happening.
