Ive had the booker mobile app for almost 2 years and I love it. Its so convenient and easy to make appointments when Im away from my studio.

Its terrible. It freezes and crashes and isnt compatible with software. Can only be used on the computer.

This app! It doesnt disappoint, Ive been using it for a year now at the salon and on my phone. It makes my business easy.

Works better than it used to, still not as good as the computer.

For the first week we have gone live with the system it has been good. Booking appointments is a breeze. Only thing you have to remember is if you already know its gonna be a new client you might as well press the add new button cuz if not you will have to re add there I information again. Other than that love it

I cant open classes to see who/how many are registered. This makes the Booker app completely useless for me now. Should not have updated :(

The update is terrible, it wont let me book appointments if any part of the appointment overlaps another! I cant read the names of clients on the calendar, it is the worst update ever!!! Is there any way to get the old one back

You dont stay logged in, you have to log in every 5 minutes or so. Theres no calendar. N this is way more complicated then the last one!

They took away calendar view, the ability to change the date of a booked appointment & to book after hours. Those were probably the only things the old app had going for it. Still cannot book linked appointments which a complete app overhaul absolutely should have included. I do like having more access to client notes and purchase history. The looks are nice,but Im trying to run a business not look at a pretty app.

Way better than previous version

The new app looks so much better than the previous one. The some part that can be enhance but this new app make the old app look like kids play. Btw you can access the calendar date picker if you click the date in the middle of the two arrow on the top

New update does not allow you to contact clients directly from app. I can never view my appointments for upcoming week.There is no longer a monthly calendar view making it hard to schedule clients in advance. You can no longer access mobile website from it.

This business allows me to run my business from anywhere I am. Great functionality and ease the of use. Love the updated app!

Looked promising but latest update just crashes and doesnt show schedules. Needs fixed ASAP!!!!!!!!!

It is great to see my appt book at a glance. I would really love it with the following improvements: a) I wish I didnt have to repeatedly sign in throughout the day b) I wish I could see which technician my clients are seeing when I share them with other coworkers on the same day for different services.

Ive been using SpaBooker for several months and have avoided using the app because the view only allowed for one staff member at a time. This made booking appointments cumbersome. One reason I chose online booking for my business was to simplify the booking process and it seemed going through the browser on my hand held was much more efficient than using your app, but this latest update is great with the pinch to zoom in and out feature. Ive gone back and reloaded the app to all my devices and have it on the dock for quick access. I will be using it exclusively in the future for running my business on go. Great job Booker. Keep up the good work.
