Will not stay logged in, its a constant annoyance when trying to make quick appointments and having to re enter your pw constantly! Fix please !!!!

This app is never consistent. It always crashes and it hardly ever works especially after this last update. I cant login anymore. The app hasnt been working for almost a week now

Its unfortunate that the salon I work at relies on this app. It just keeps getting worse and worse! So inconvenient that it doesnt keep you logged in- annoying when trying to make an appt or check your schedule. I hope something is done. Especially since I know my salon owner is paying a mo.fee for your services.

I am pretty happy with the app. It performs well. I would like to see if we can integrate all payment methods that our business takes. That would make it even better! Thanks!

I really dislike this app and I have no choice but to use it because of work and pray each time I log in that the app will load properly. The latest version will either not load my appointments or it will have empty apts for me which I then have to click into in order to view details. Come on guys... Dont you test out your updates before pushing it onto the public??!!!

This app is absolutely the worst app I have ever used! I love my booker online system, but the app is not even worth downloading. So many things dont work in this app. It doesnt even show all my scheduled appointments. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get the app fixed so it works as well as the online system.

I dont want to have to put my password in every time to check my schedule. Its hard to tell the timing and you cant see service when you click on it

On top of hating that I have to enter my password every time I open the app, now when I look at my schedule I can tell that there is marked time for services but the boxes have no info. Then I have to close the app and reload it again. A total time waste and very frustrating.

This app needs major work. It cant handle switching appointments or moving through calendar days without crashing. Also it works horribly for iPad!

This app has a lot of awesome features and usability but often times it will not allow you to schedule appointments. It says staff or room is not available when it clearly is. It does make moving appts around on the go very difficult when it doesnt allow you to book it. Please fix. Also, would be great if you could look at customers past orders (in full) showing previously purchased items. **the new update as of May 2015 does not work. Its supposed to allow you the option to stay logged in however when you return to the app it asks for your password, yet when I type in my CORRECT password it says its wrong...

**new update staying logged in does not work so now I go through 3 steps just to re-log in...pain when on the go! **an option to see the whole week on page would be nice..like salon iris does. **an option to double book appointments would be great! As a hairstylist booking during processing is important for my income.

New update has more Glitches. Login problems. Always have to log out then read log back in. Very annoying

I updated last week and since then I have to constantly relog in. When I do all the services that should be listed are not there. I contacted support and they say to reinstall it. I did and no luck.

Refresh doesnt work, the software program kicks me off constantly, never remembers my password. Functionality is good, and major improvements have been made but its overall simply frustrating to use. It would be helpful if actual maintenance and constant upgrades were made but they are not.

I have to use this for work & it isnt by choice. It works well enough for me to use, but I have to constantly sign in and (this bugs me the most) it doesnt sync with any other calendar.

This is the most infuriating app I have honestly ever used. It constantly kicks me out. Every. Single. Time I try to open the app it kicks me out at least twice and it doesnt actually remember your password. It is also annoying you cant edit the time of your appointments, you have to log into the website so half the time I just have to block something out and put the appointment in later. There are WAY to many issues with this app. I have never left a review about an app before but this was bad enough it deserved one.

If you want a smooth running business, DO NOT use bookers system. Its not user-friendly at all, the app wont remember login info and we have to login every 15 minutes all work day and takes sometimes over a whole minute to actually login and load your client schedule. It slows down my day tremendously. On a weekly basis it has days where it wont even login all together and we are running to the computer between every client to see where were at in the day. BIGGEST pain in the you-know-what!

Says my password is incorrect when I am typing everything in correctly. Please fix your bugs!
